Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

Pricing and Payment

Shipping

We ship globally excluding Asia and some remote regions. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
