Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates (e.g., briefs, thongs, boyshorts)
- Lingerie (non-outerwear intimate items)
- Slips & Shapewear (due to direct contact with the body)
- Nursing Bras & New Intimates

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to our error (e.g., a defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
