We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates (e.g., briefs, thongs, boyshorts)
  • Lingerie (non-outerwear intimate items)
  • Slips & Shapewear (due to direct contact with the body)
  • Nursing Bras & New Intimates

We ensure that our product descriptions, size charts, and imagery are detailed to help you make the perfect choice for these items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not due to our error (e.g., a defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline and Method

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after processing is complete. The timing for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
